HORIZONS OF HOPE

During the Jubilee 2025 with the theme “Pilgrims of Hope” we plan to conduct a thoughtful, reflective, and practical programme called HORIZONS OF HOPE and would like to invite you participate.

Horizons of Hope is a resource that was developed out of a collaborative partnership including the Conference of Catholic Bishops and Pallium Canada which has been the largest National provider of palliative care education in Canada for the past 2 decades.

Do you want to know more about palliative care?

The program will help all participants, persons facing serious illness, caregivers, and family members to learn more about palliative care. It has four 2-hour modules on different dates. The format includes videos and small group discussions.

Module 1: Understanding the experience of dying and death (April 23, 2025, 7-9 p.m.)

Module 2: Discerning and making decisions at the End of Life (April 30, 2025, 7-9 p.m.)

Module 3: Accompanying at the End of Life (May 14, 2025, 7-9 p.m.)

Module 4: Supporting and Integrating into the wider community (May 21, 2025, 7-9 p.m.)
